Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do offer international shipping to military/ APO addresses and international countries including canada. International shipping may be delayed several weeks while dealing with customs. We are NOT responsible for lost or seized packages that ship outside the US.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Yes, Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by recipient of the package.
Sadly, we have no control over these charges on what the cost could be, as these policies vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren't any surprise charges upon arrival to you, contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes as soon as we ship your order, you will receive your tracking number. If you for some reason did not receive your tracking email email@example.com with the name on the order and we will assist you.

If more than 4 full business days have passed since your order was shipped, please visit our Contact Us page. If tracking shows delivered Nutrition Junction is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
I didn't receive the correct products in my order, What do I do?
In rare cases an order was wrongfully fulfilled and you are missing an item please email us with the following info to firstname.lastname@example.org:

- Full Name Used to Order
- Phone Number or Email Used to Order
What's your return policy?
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for returns the product has to have a defect or be damaged (example: Powdered supplement is super clumpy or hard).
